New Patients

· Will be assessed by the provider and if accepted into the program will receive a 7-day  prescription .

· Will be scheduled for a one on one counseling session on their next visit

· Will receive another 7-day prescription and will be scheduled to start their bi-weekly counseling the following week

 

All patients  must:

· Attend our in-house group sessions every two weeks.

· Meet with the provider once every four weeks.

· Remain in compliance with all program requirements.
